Product and parties
Seller details appear below. Buyer details, dimensions, colour, print approval, quantity, tolerances and sample conditions are agreed in a written quotation. Images and sample sizes are not final production commitments.
Price and delivery
Total price including taxes, shipping or extra costs, payment terms and delivery timing are specified before order acceptance. Print approval and production start are recorded in writing.
Buyer status and rights
Business purchases and consumer transactions are subject to different rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Transaction-specific documents must be supplied where required.
Withdrawal and disputes
Consumer transactions generally have a 14-day withdrawal period subject to legal exceptions. Genuinely personalized goods may qualify for an exception; printing alone does not automatically establish one. Defective-goods rights remain unaffected. Competent consumer authorities/courts depend on current limits and procedures.
