You may withdraw a quotation request by email before it becomes an order. A quotation request is not a paid order.
Before production
Changes or cancellation of an accepted order depend on production stage, the written agreement and applicable law. Contact us in writing before production for artwork, size, colour or quantity changes.
Consumer withdrawal
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights and exceptions apply. Goods made to individual specifications may qualify for an exception. This does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. Business purchases follow the agreement and applicable law.
Damage or non-conformity
Email the order/reference number, description and relevant photos. Keep a delivery damage report if available; its absence does not automatically remove statutory rights.
Returns and refunds
We provide your return address, carrier, cost responsibility and refund procedure in writing according to your purchase and applicable law. Please contact the email address below for return shipping details. Your statutory rights and deadlines remain unaffected.
