Data and purposes
Name, company/website, telephone, email, message, quotation selections and optional logo/design images are collected electronically to assess your request, prepare artwork and quotations, communicate and follow up. Short-lived session and abuse-prevention records protect forms. Do not provide sensitive or unnecessary third-party data.
Legal grounds
Contract preparation relies on Turkish Law No. 6698 article 5/2(c), legal obligations on 5/2(ç), protection of rights on 5/2(e), and proportionate request handling/security on 5/2(f), subject to your fundamental rights. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared, only as needed, with authorized company personnel and authorized hosting, technical support and communication providers, and competent authorities where legally required. International transfers are conducted subject to the applicable safeguards and conditions of article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a contract, including their logo and artwork images, are retained for up to 180 days from creation and then deleted. Contractual or legally required records may be kept separately for the statutory period. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need.
Your rights
Under article 11 you may request information, access to purposes and recipients, correction, deletion when conditions apply, notification to recipients, objection to automated adverse decisions and compensation.
